Masala Motion Production
Function: Founder
About:
Masala Motion was a bottom-up production house that drew strength from our super-diverse society. Rather than working solely on commission, we initiated and brought to life stories that were relevant, current, and often overlooked. We actively sought out companies and organizations willing to engage in making these societal themes visible.
With Masala Motion, we aimed to inspire a wide audience and provide them with the tools needed to tell contemporary stories in powerful ways. Our work went beyond film, expanding into VR productions, documentaries, and other innovative formats.
Each production was created through a co-creation process, giving young people and young adults true ownership of the final product. Guided by a team of experts — specialized in areas such as camera techniques, scriptwriting, and fundraising — participants received support across all stages of the production process.
Thanks to our broad network, young creators were quickly connected to professionals who could guide them further with the right expertise and experience.
