Cultural contribution as the new norm!

When Karakters asked me to take a look at their insights on inclusive communication, it felt like a great opportunity to share my experience. From my work with diverse audiences, and especially as a bridge builder between people and stories, I advocate in this piece for a new standard: cultural contribution.
